WUSC in Latin America

WUSC is active in Haiti, Peru, Bolivia and Guatemala.

In Haiti we are working to strengthen management systems and teaching methods in the country's post-secondary institutions.  

In Peru WUSC offers Canadian university and college students exciting volunteer learning opportunities through Students Without Borders™.  In addition, we recently completed a major project that brought clean water, improved sanitation and better lives to more than 1 million impoverished Peruvians. 

Through our Uniterra volunteer cooperation program, we also contribute to development initiatives in Bolivia and Guatemala. Uniterra is a joint initiative of WUSC and the Centre for International Studies and Cooperation.
